Project Drop 50

So I’m starting a project drop 50, I need to lose 50lbs by August 17th. Is this a practical goal? Probably not, but I’m going for it anyways. I’m going to try several methods to achieve my goal and hopefully I can pull it off this time. Do I plan on stopping after August 17th? Hell no! Once it’s gone, I plan on keeping it that way!

Why I want to lose weight:

Sick and tired of being sick and tired! I’m tired all the time and don’t feel like doing a whole lot, especially after work. I come home and I nap, then I camp out on the computer until it’s time to sleep, wake up, and do it all over again. I get winded just walking upstairs and even tying my shoes.

Why August 17th:

I have a trip coming up to Maui and I want to look good damn it! Don’t get me wrong, that’s not the only reason I want to lose weight. I’m seriously tired of being out of shape and it’s time to do something about it!

Current Weight:

I currently weigh 235 lbs. My goal weight is 185, though I’ll be happy with anything under 200.

So here I go, wish me luck. I plan to update frequently on how things are going, but I seem to be terrible about updating consistently, maybe that should be my next goal?
