Project Drop 50: Procrastination

Though I have managed to lose 5 lbs so far, I’ve failed to begin exercising. I wouldn’t exactly say I’m eating any healthier either, just a lot less than I did before. I managed to empty my desk drawer at work, that was filled snacks that I would munch on all day long, so this has helped quite a bit, but other than that I haven’t stuck with my goal like I know I should be. I’ve tossed around the idea of purchasing a treadmill, or an elliptical machine, but cost and lack of space in my house have held me back. Let’s hope I can get motivated soon.

May 21st is over and we’re still here.

So May 21st comes to an end, as the supposed beginning of Rapture, the day sure was uneventful. There were a few earthquakes here and there, an active volcano in Iceland erupted, and a few tornadoes touched down, but other than that, nothing Rapture like happened. May 21st is the End of the World

Or not. I don’t really know if Rapture is beginning on May 21st or not, in fact I’m pretty sure no one does. This same religious nut Harold Camping apparently “predicted” the world to end in 1994 too. Guess what? We’re still here.
