In a Washington there is a smaller restaurant chain in a smaller county on the coast of Gray’s Harbor called Mazatlan. Growing up there, it quickly became my wife and my favorite Mexican restaurant. One dish in particular kept me coming back over and over, the Chicken en Mole. Most en Mole sauces I’ve encountered are a spicier, blander sauce, but Mazatlan’s is much sweeter tasting. Though not the healthiest choice it definitely does the trick and it is delicious! Right now, my go to place for boba drinks is Tea Station in Irvine, but I’m open to any suggestions for places to try.

After a 45 minute drive to San Gabriel, we finally arrived, appetites ready for some organic food goodness, when we first walked in you are greeted by what looks to be a market, baskets filled with organic fruits and vegetables covered the tables, off to the left sits the dining area. We were quickly greeted by a friendly waiter, and Read more →
